Artwork (any medium) on framed canvas or canvas board will be preffered.
Outer frame is not mandatory for inner framed canvas but mandatory for board canvas.
Glass-framed artwork will be accepted for artists who can drop off and pick up directly from the gallery on specified dates.
Maximum size of artwork should be:
2 ft (width) x 2 ft (height).
Artwork slightly larger will be accepted with an additional fee.
Maximum size of sculpture should be:
1 ft x 1ft x 2 ft (height)

• IMPORTANT NOTES •
1.
INDIAN ART CARNIVAL, SEASON 7 is curated by siddhARTha karmakar Art Foundation, Mumbai (www.skafindia.com).
2.
Physical presence of the artist at the exhibition is not mandatory.
3.
There is no commission on artwork sales. Artists may include their contact details (Mobile No., WhatsApp, Email, Instagram ID, Website URL, etc.) on name tags, so buyers can contact them directly.
4.
For out-of-town artists wishing to present in the exhibition, they will need to cover their own expenses for accommodation, rent, and food. We will assist in finding nearby hotels for accommodation.
5.
The organizer will handle the artwork with care but will not be responsible for any breakage or damage during transport.
6.
There is no submission fee to apply for selection. Participation fees are payable only after the final selection.
7.
The selection process will be conducted individually for each submission, not collectively.
8.
Participation fees must be paid within 4 days of selection. We will reserve space for the artwork for 4 days; if fees are not paid within this time, we will proceed with another artist.

Please fill out and submit the registration form, and attach your self-photo & artworks with the following details (title, size, medium, price etc.).
We will notify you of the selection result and Payment Procedure via email and WhatsApp.
You must pay the Participation Fees within 4 days of receiving the selection notification.
Upon sending us the screenshot of the payment receipt, your participation will be confirmed by us.
You will receive your e-poster with your self-photo within 7 days from the date of payment of the participation fees.
You have to personally deliver and collect artwork to directly gallery, or our Kolkata address.
No artwork/s will be accepted through courier.

If any artist is unable to be present at the Felicitation Ceremony, the participation medal, certificate, award memento (if applicable), and the printed foldable exhibition booklet, will be handed over on the previously specified dates and times.

• IMPORTANT •
Artists may take back their artwork after the event. However, if the artwork is handed over to the organiser, it will be showcased in upcoming art exhibitions or art fairs in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, or Pune without any participation fees. Additionally, the artwork will be displayed on Skaf India’s own online art selling platform – www.ArtCart.in If the artwork gets sold through any exhibition, fair, or the online platform, the artist will receive 65% of the selling price.
