ABOUT EXHIBITION
All subbmited artwork will be showcased in this International Online Art Exhibition (Season #3) which will be held on our website (www.indianartcarnival.com), Facebook Page, Instagram Account & YouTube Channel. There will be multiple parts of videos. It will be compatible with all types of device like desktop, laptop, mobile phone or tablet. We will inform you about the video part and slide number where your artwork will be showcased. We will promote this exhibition link on all our social media accounts. The exhibition will be never-ending. When we launch the next exhibition, it will be archived forever in the past exhibition menu of our website.

Q.Who can participate?
A. Everyone can participate all over world whether He/ She is a beginner or a professional artist. All are welcome.
Q.How can I participate?
A. Please click on the REGISTRATION button on Home Page and complete both the steps.
STEP 1 - Payment Procedure.
STEP 2 - Upload your Artwork Images by filling out the form.
Q.What If I paid the fees but was unable to upload the payment screenshot or artwork in the submission form?
A. If you are unable to upload the payment screenshot or artwork for your device problem, then please use another device (Laptop/Desktop/mobile) or clear your cache files and use Google Chrome as a browser. The upload should work.
If still, you face the same problem then kindly email us your artwork and screenshot of the payment receipt along with the all data which are mentioned on the registration form.

Q.Can I register now and submit my artwork later?
A. Yes. If your artworks are not ready yet then you can register now by completing STEP-1 ( paying the registration fees). You can submit your artwork (STEP-2) later within the last submission date.
Q.Which Payment Methods You Accept?
A. Indian artists can pay through any UPI apps like Google Pay, Phonepe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards or Netbanking through 100% secure Cashfree Payment Gateway which is installed on registration page. And non Indian artists can pay through 100% secure PayPal & Western Union Money Transfer.
Q.On what basis artworks will be judged? Who are the judges?
A. Award Winners (8 Best Awardees and 8x15=120 General Awardees) will be announced on the basis of creative skills.
Q.Will my artwork be published on social media?
A. Maybe or may not be posted on our all social media pages. Main online exhibition will be featured through video presentation on our website, Facebook page, Instagram and on our YouTube channel on and from 29th April 2024. It's a never-ending online art exhibition.
Q.Will I get any confirmation message?
A. We will send you a confirmation e-mail within 72 hrs. after registration and submission of your artwork. Or you can WhatsApp us to get confirmation anytime after the submission. We will e-mail your Participation e-Certificate, e-Poster, Artwork e-Catalogue within 7 days from the submission date.
